Nicholas Taylor lives in Margaretting, Essex. He was educated at St Johns School, Billericay and Anglo European School, Ingatestone.
He began his career in estate agency, in the recession of the early 80s, working his way up from office junior to Residential Sales Manager for the Chelmsford branch of a national chain. Looking to the future, he studied part-time, day release, at APUniversity, where he gained an RICS-accredited BSc degree in General Practice surveying, subsequently moving to the commercial property market before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
He has worked in the commercial property market throughout Mid-Essex for the last ten years and was a Director of Taylor and Company before setting up his own practice. He has considerable experience as well as extensive local knowledge.
Adam is married with two children. His interests include golf, football, badminton, karate and running, having taken part in and completed the last three London Marathons.

Until July 2003 he worked for a large city practice and prior to that worked in the building surveying department of a Chelmsford based firm.
Nick is married and his interests include wine, travel and gardening.
