Fees

We have a clear pricing policy for estate agency fees.

We charge a fee only when we are successful in selling your property. You pay us from the proceeds of your sale.

Sole agency 1.25% + VAT

Multi agency 2% + VAT

We do ask you to pay for the Home Information Pack (HIP) that must be produced prior to marketing your property. We have numerous providers so that we can always source your HIP at the most competitive price once we receive your instructions.
