#Safety First

As of 13 May, the Government has updated their guidance for England only to allow physically distanced viewings that carefully adhere to public health guidance. It is vital that safety comes first, with the guidance reflecting the measures that need to be followed to conduct viewings safely:

• Viewings will only take place with serious buyers who are genuinely interested in the property
• Initial viewings will be done online as virtual viewings
• Physical viewings are by appointment only
• There will be no "open house" viewings
• All windows and doors will be opened prior to the viewing
• The agent or owner will leave the property for the duration of the viewing
• Viewers must wash their hands prior to the viewing and wear a face  mask if possible
• Viewers must not touch any surfaces during the viewing
• We will look to restrict the number of people present at the viewing in order to follow social distancing guidelines
• Once the viewing has finished any discussions will take place outside at a safe distance or on the telephone
• Once the viewing has finished, we will ensure surfaces such as door handles are cleaned
