We will always be transparent in terms of any fees charged to tenants not only during the application process itself but also during a tenancy. A summary of these charges are shown below.

All fees are inclusive of VAT.

Referencing Fee - this covers 2 references, preparation of tenancy agreements, paperwork and the inventory/schedule of condition - £350


Larger premises may be up to £540, depending on the size of the property and number of bedrooms.


Additional references/guarantor reference - £60 for each additional reference required.


Fee for late payment of Rent (if received more than 7 days after due date) - £60


Fee for erroneous call-out requests made by Tenant or in the event the Tenant fails to keep an appointment - £60


Fee for organising necessary repairs/decoration during or at the end of Tenancy in event of Tenant’s breach of his/her/their obligations - £120


Fee for renewal of tenancy agreement at its expiration - £70


Fee for production of duplicate documents to Tenant - £30


Fee (per item) for dishonoured cheques/standing order mandates - £24
