Great service from Elwell Taylor

I have employed Elwell Taylor for the past 3 & 1/2 years to manage my domestic property in Chelmsford. I have found the service from this company, and in particular from Helen Hancy, to be exemplary on all accounts. They have chosen great tenants for me (4 times now) , have arranged to have any work required done quickly and efficiently at reasonable costs, and have always responded rapidly to any queries I have had. When I was looking for a company to manage my property as a new landlord I was told by others that "there are no good property management companies". Wrong! I wholeheartedly recommend them.
