Elwell Taylor uses the RICS client money protection scheme in order to provide peace of mind to our clients, in knowing that their money is safe whilst in our hands.

If you remain dissatisfied with our internal handling of your complaint we can refer you to the Ombudsman Services. This is free to consumers and can consider any consumer complaints including estate agency related complaints.
