Project Management
We are able to carry out all aspects of a building or refurbishment project.

- Design and specification of project including obtaining statutory consents, such as Planning permissions, Building control approval and Party Wall etc Act 1996 representation
- Tendering of works to recommended contractors
- All aspects of contract administration
- Planning supervision
- Certification of works for payment
- Defect analysis and snagging of works on completion.
