In addition to collecting your monthly rent, our management team will deal with any management issues that arise. We have a range of contractors that we use on a regular basis, from plumbers to electricians, handymen to cleaners, who are efficient, trustworthy and reasonably priced and we don't charge you extra for organising repairs.
We also make sure that we comply with all legislation such as organising the annual gas safety certificates. etc.
We will carry out quarterly inspections giving you and your tenant(s) notice so that you and/or they can, if wished, arrange to be present to ensure that the tenant is looking after your property and report back to you with a detailed report.
Once the initial tenancy is coming to an end, we will approach both parties to discuss a new tenancy. Once agreed, we will arrange for a new tenancy to be signed.
If either party decides not to renew the tenancy, we will arrange a vacating date and carry out an exit inspection to ensure that the property is returned to you in a suitable condition, withholding an appropriate amount from the tenant’s deposit if necessary.
We can also arrange both Landlord's and tenant's insurance if required.
