As a truly general practice, a proportion of our work involves advice on building and development. This usually begins with site acquisition and runs through the design process, the procurement of the building operation, finding tenants and fitting-out. We have a proven project co-ordination track record and offer initial advice on such matters as planning approval and environmental appraisals before Clients incur substantial costs with other specialist consultants.

We have links with many Local Authority Planning Departments and understand the workings of the various Development Plans, the planning process and the almost constantly changing legislation that underpin these. We are therefore able to give good advice and are happy to discuss the Client’s initial needs at any time.
