I have been a landlord with Elwell Taylor since they started their business over 20 years ago and I can honestly say that I have never had reason to complain about any of their work or indeed any of their staff, either past or present. Currently I deal mostly with Joanne and Helen and I feel the company should consider themselves fortunate to have two extremely professional, talented and personable staff. They both go that extra mile to ensure that I am kept up to date with everything relating to my property, one of the most impressive attributes they possess is that they treat any quote for repair/maintenance like it’s there own home, and will question why a quote may be so high and not let a company try to inflate prices just because it’s a rental property, they will never take the easy route and will strive for best value for money - Always! May I commend Elwell Taylor to any prospective landlords, you will not be disappointed and will appreciate the personal touch that they provide. I cannot recommend them highly enough, 6 out of 5 stars!!

Elwell Taylor took over our property from our previous landlord. I can honestly say, they have been nothing short of amazing. Any problems they have sorted almost immediately, never refusing anything I have asked. Very professional, very thorough, and they do everything to the highest standards. We could not be happier or more content with this company and cannot recommend them enough. 5 stars al the way.

I have dealt with Adam, Nick, Matt and Sam in the last two years in a very difficult situation - so you could say that I have had reasonable oversight of the Elwell Taylor experience. I cannot fault them or the integrity of the company. Nick particularly had his work cut out and did everything he said he would, on time and to a high standard. I trusted him and he did not let me down. If I had a problem he responded quickly and nothing was too much trouble for him. Sam and Matt were also true to their word and I feel that they have my best interests at heart. As I live quite a distance away most of our dealings have been over email or the phone but I still feel that I have a personal relationship with them which is (to me) important. Whilst I only liaised with Adam briefly. I found his approach genuine and he was quick to respond. I have had a bit of a rollercoaster situation and in a time where I could have been taken advantage of, I found the approach that Elwell Taylor was honest and reliable which is a rare find indeed. We bought commercial premises and delt with Sam Oliver who was professional, efficient, polite and straightforward to interact with.

Renting since 2017 and have had no problems, one issue was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Communication is great, always at hand and happy to listen and help with any concerns. Highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase or rent.

I am beyond impressed with all the team at Ellwell Taylor. From the first phone call to request viewing for this property was with Joanne Gilbey she was extremely sufficient and it was a pleasant experience and this was not the case when contacting some other agencies. I also put a request in for a change of dishwasher and this has been dealt with quickly and with no stress- again I would like to highlight Joanne Gilbey and thank her for her effective communication skills as I have ADHD and organisation is not my strong point.

We had a very difficult sale due to circumstances beyond our control. The staff at Elwells continued to provide a very professional service on our behalf and managed to ease all our problems. It appeared at times that everyone was trying to delay the procedure. Elwells kept us informed at all times of the progress that was being made, they kept chasing and we managed to get across the line. Well done

We have let our flat for several years and have been very pleased with prompt and careful attention from all at Elwell Taylor. Communication is very good, inspections are timely and informative. Maintenance is dealt with efficiently. Recommended.
